What is the condition of your products?

Unless stated otherwise all items are pre-loved and is likely to show signs of wear and age. We thoroughly inspect every piece and make every effort to highlight all notable flaws via pictures and the description , however , given that our items are pre- loved please allow for subtle unstated imperfections.

When will my order be shipped?

Your package will be shipped 2 - 3  business days from order placement and typically arrives within 4- 5 days thereafter depending on the carrier. Package deliveries will require a recipient signature. 

Cancellation and Returns?

Opting to purchase insurance guarantees you a full refund if your order doesn't  arrive as described , including loss and damage in transit.  If you choose to forego purchase insurance all sales will therefore be final. Please review all the photos and descriptions carefully to be certain of your selection ,  due to the nature of our business we are unable to cancel orders and/or accept returns.
